Our hourly rates for staff augmentation are $15–$25/hr depending on experience level. For fixed-price projects, the cost depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. A basic website might cost $1,500–$5,000. A complex web application $10,000–$50,000+. We always provide a detailed fixed-price quote before starting — no hidden costs.

We accept USD, INR, and AED. Payment methods include bank wire transfer, PayPal, Stripe (card payment), and Wise (international transfers). We invoice at the end of each sprint (every 2 weeks) for ongoing work, or as per milestone schedule for fixed-price projects.

For new clients, we typically require a 30% advance deposit before starting work. For ongoing staff augmentation, we invoice every 2 weeks in arrears. Long-term clients with established relationships can negotiate different payment terms.

Yes, completely free. The first 30-minute call costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We’ll discuss your project, assess feasibility, and tell you honestly if we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll say so and potentially recommend someone who is. We don’t believe in wasting anyone’s time.

It depends heavily on scope. A basic website: 2–4 weeks. A web application with backend: 6–16 weeks. A mobile app: 8–20 weeks. A complex enterprise platform: 3–12 months. We always provide a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it — late delivery is one of our biggest pet peeves.

You’ll have full visibility into the project. We use a shared Jira/Trello board where you can see every task status in real-time. We do daily standups via Slack, weekly progress calls via Zoom, and live demos every 2 weeks. You’re never left wondering what’s happening — that’s a promise.

We include 90 days of post-launch support at no extra charge. During this period we fix any bugs, answer questions, and make minor adjustments. After 90 days, we offer flexible maintenance plans starting from ₹5,000/month. We don’t disappear after delivery — many of our clients have been with us for 3–5+ years.

Yes, 100%. All code, designs, databases, and intellectual property belong to you. We sign an IP transfer agreement as part of the contract. You get access to the GitHub/GitLab repository from day one, so you always have the code — not just at the end.

Yes, absolutely. We sign mutual NDAs before discussing confidential project details. We take data security and confidentiality very seriously. Many of our clients have sensitive business information — we’ve never had a breach of confidentiality since our founding.

You hire our pre-vetted developer(s) to work as part of your team — using your tools (Slack, GitHub, Jira), following your processes, attending your standups. They work dedicated hours for you. You pay us hourly ($15–$25/hr) and we handle employment, benefits, equipment, and HR. You get the talent without the overhead.

Once you’ve selected a developer and signed the agreement, they can start within 48 hours. The process: 1) You view developer profiles (resume + portfolio + video intro), 2) You do a 30-min technical interview, 3) You select your developer, 4) Contract signed, 5) Developer joins your tools within 48 hours.

We have a 2-week trial period. If you’re not satisfied with the developer’s performance during the first 2 weeks, we’ll replace them or refund the cost — no questions asked. Beyond 2 weeks, you can request a replacement developer with 1 week’s notice. Our replacement rate is under 5% because we pre-screen rigorously.

The minimum engagement is 1 month (160 hours). This is because developers need time to understand your codebase and start being productive. We find month-to-month works best for flexibility — you can scale up or down each month based on your needs. Long-term commitments (3/6/12 months) get discounted rates.
