Outsourcing: you hand over a project and get results back. You don’t manage the team or know what they’re doing day-to-day. Staff augmentation: our developer works as part of YOUR team, using YOUR tools, attending YOUR standups, following YOUR processes. You have full visibility and control. They just happen to be employed by us.

Our screening process: 1) Resume and portfolio review, 2) Technical assessment (2-hour coding test), 3) Code review by our senior engineer, 4) Technical interview with our CTO, 5) Background check, 6) Communication and English language assessment. Only ~15% of applicants make it through. You interview already-screened candidates.

2-week no-risk trial: if you’re not satisfied in the first 2 weeks, we replace them or refund. After that, 1-week notice for a replacement. We maintain a bench of developers so replacement is fast — usually within 3–5 business days. Our replacement rate is under 5%.

Our developers are in India (IST, UTC+5:30). For US clients, we adjust working hours to provide 4+ hours of daily overlap with your timezone — typically 8 AM–12 PM EST or PST. For UAE clients, there’s natural overlap. We never leave you without someone available during your core hours.

You pay only for hours worked. Indian public holidays are excluded from billing (we’ll notify you in advance). Sick days: covered by us from our own budget for up to 3 days/month — we provide backup coverage after that. No surprise invoices for non-working days.

Yes, with a conversion fee. After working together for 6+ months, you can hire the developer full-time with a one-time conversion fee. This is a common progression — many of our long-term developers have been hired by their client companies. We don’t block this and we don’t make it difficult.

Minimum 1 month (approximately 160 hours). This is the minimum for a developer to onboard, learn your codebase, and start being genuinely productive. We don’t do week-long engagements — it’s not fair to either side. Long-term commitments (3/6/12 months) get discounted rates of 5–15%.

Share Your Requirements

Tell us what roles you need filled, the technical skills required, preferred experience level, timezone requirements, and project duration. We also ask about your team culture, communication tools (Slack, Teams, Jira, etc.), and development workflow so we can find developers who fit both technically and culturally. This initial consultation takes about 30 minutes and is completely free.

We Match & Vet Candidates

Within 24 to 48 hours, we present you with two to three pre-vetted developer profiles. Each candidate has already passed our internal technical assessment, which includes a live coding challenge, system design discussion, and communication evaluation. We provide detailed profiles with their project history, technical strengths, availability, and a recorded video introduction so you can assess communication skills before scheduling interviews.

You Interview & Select

You interview the shortlisted candidates using your own process — technical interviews, pair programming sessions, or whatever format you prefer. There is no obligation to hire any candidate we present. If none of the initial candidates are the right fit, we go back and find more. Our goal is to find someone your team genuinely wants to work with, not just fill a seat. Most clients find their ideal match within the first round of interviews.

Onboard & Start Working

Once you select a developer, we handle the onboarding process. The developer gets set up with your tools, repositories, and communication channels within 48 hours. They join your daily standups, follow your sprint cadence, and become a seamless extension of your team. We also assign a delivery manager who checks in weekly to ensure everything is running smoothly and address any concerns before they become problems.

What is the minimum engagement period?

Our minimum engagement is one month. However, most clients engage for three to six months or longer because it takes time for a developer to fully understand your codebase and become maximally productive. We offer discounted rates for longer commitments — three-month and six-month contracts come with 10 percent and 15 percent discounts respectively.

Can I replace a developer if they are not performing?

Absolutely. If a developer is not meeting your expectations despite feedback and coaching from our delivery manager, we will replace them within one week at no additional cost. This has happened less than five percent of the time because our vetting process is thorough, but we want you to feel confident that you are never stuck with an underperformer.

How do you handle intellectual property and security?

Every developer signs a comprehensive NDA and IP assignment agreement before starting. Your code, data, and business information are completely protected. We also ensure developers work on secured machines with encrypted storage, use VPN connections when required, and follow your security policies. For clients with strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.), we can implement additional security measures.

What timezone do your developers work in?

Our developers are based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) but we offer flexible timezone alignment. For US clients, our developers work US business hours with a four to six hour overlap minimum. For European clients, the overlap is naturally larger. For clients in the Middle East, Australia, or other regions, we adjust schedules to ensure meaningful collaboration time every working day.
